The clients hair will be measured at the consultation.  A price will be quoted at that time based an a length average as determined by the trainee/consultant. 

Each additional inch beyond 3 inches is an additional cost.  The full price will be quoted at the consultation.  All payments are due at the time of service.

Your first few appointments may take longer than normal.  This extra time is necessary to assess your hair, locks, needs, wants, and desires to ensure we get you on a path to your desired transformation successfully.

Re-tightening Sisterlocks® is a required maintenance as hair grows we retighten to maintain uniformity and strong beautiful locks.  The recommended maintenance windows is 4-8 weeks.  You appointment will be scheduled at each visit to ensure you get the schedule that is best for YOU and your locks.

*Special Issues

Retightening lasting in excess of 4 hours and requiring more than 1 visit to resolve is considered a *special issue.*  Groomings consist of a trim, lock repair to maintain strays, matting, or any other issue identied by the trainee/consultant.

*Special issues will be identified at the start of the appointment or during a prior service as each is scheduled separately. If discovered at the appointment, a different time will be scheduled to meet your changing needs.
